We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*Please, note that custom items are non-refundable since they are “made to order.”
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time – send us a message and we’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All refunds will be provided in full MINUS THE SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE. We cannot refund the shipping & handling fee UNLESS the order was a mistake on our part.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Please note that to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be almost unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping & Handling fees may apply.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
How to return
If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org advising us that you wish to return an item, stating your order number and the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
Free gift with purchase sale returns
If a free gift was included with the purchase, any returns of the original purchased items must include the free gift (new, in original packaging or with tag attached), or a refund will be withheld until the free gift is received. Alternatively, the value of the free gift may be reduced from the total refund amount.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
